Return Policy
If you’re looking to return/exchange your iBegin Planner, we’re here to help! We offer return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please note that returns/exchanges can only be made under the following conditions:
- The planner is damaged or defective on arrival.
- You have received wrong product.
- If you have bought the planner at discounted rate or under promotional offer it won’t be returned/refundable.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at ibeginplanners@gmail.com & text us. Once we understand your query, we’ll let you know about the next steps.
Additional Information:
- Please allow us at least 7 days to dispatch your replacement journal once we have received and approved your return
Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a ‘return for refund’ policy. Please email us at ibeginplanners@gmail.com if you have any more questions around our exchange policy. We’ll be happy to help!
Shipping policy
Shipping rates & details
Prices are all inclusive of shipping charges. If they are additional (during promotional period), it will be mentioned during checkout. The associated courier partner and tracking details of your order will be provided when your order ships.
Shipping time
Items in stock and shipped from our office are usually processed within 1-2 business days and should reach you in 3 to 7 days. In some situation you may experience delays caused by the courier/service partners. We are unable to recall orders once items have been dispatched.
Taxes for Indian orders
Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties and available for sale in India only.
